Helping Students Persist When It Matters Most

An unexpected financial challenge like a car repair, illness or loss of a job is catastrophic and can disrupt a student’s education, causing them to delay graduation or drop out completely. 

You can help UTEP students stay in school and attain their degree by donating to the Stronger Together Fund for student emergencies.  

The Stronger Together Fund exists to provide financial support when a verified emergency has impacted a student's health, safety, or wellbeing. Your support will alleviate unexpected financial hardships by providing resources for needs such as: 

• Medical treatments such as hospitalization,
• Utilities, food and transportation assistance,
• Medication/prescription expenses,
• Replacement of belongings lost in a fire or natural disaster,
• Safety-related needs (e.g., lock change, emergency shelter, etc.),
• Technology needs
