Student-athletes from around the globe are attracted to UTEP because of what our El Paso community and University represents – the opportunity for an exceptional collegiate experience that impacts them academically, athletically and socially for the rest of their lives. You give that gift of opportunity for the best student-athletes to attend UTEP, to compete on the playing field, in the classroom and to play for excellent coaches at the highest level of competition in all 16 of our varsity sports.
Scholarships for Miner student-athletes remains the largest annual expense incurred by UTEP Athletics. Each year the athletics department spends over $7 million to provide educational opportunities and assistance for approximately 325 student-athletes.
Join the Miner Athletic Club in the Mining 4 Miners Campaign to support student-athlete scholarships. Help UTEP Athletics reach 400 gifts by “leveling up” as a current Miner Athletic Club member or joining the MAC at the following levels.
