The UTEP Food Pantry has been working overtime this year. We have assisted more than double the amount of students utilizing the UTEP Food Pantry from March 2020 to October 2020. We know this year has been a challenge for so many - let's make the holiday season a little brighter for UTEP students facing food insecurity.
Your gift will help provide Miners with a holiday basket with all the fixing’s for a holiday dinner. This holiday season help support a Miner student. #MinerstakecareofMiners
The UTEP Food Pantry will assemble and distribute holiday food baskets to students in need which include non-perishable food items to help make their holiday meals special. Dietary restrictions will be considered when baskets are compiled and contactless pick-up will be arranged with students.
Each basket will contain:
canned vegetables
baking mixes
boxed mashed potatoes
canned fruit
pasta sauce
rice
beans
gift cards for the purchase of perishable holiday meal additions
and more!
Make your gift today to support our students this holiday season! Any donations received in excess of the holiday basket need will be used to support the future of the UTEP Food Pantry.
Your gift of $100 will provide a basket to a family of 3. There is a need for 50 baskets of this size.
Your gift of $150 will provide a basket for a family of 6. There is a need for 15 baskets of this size.
Your gift of $200 will provide a basket for a family of 8 or more. There is a need for 15 baskets of this size.
